• The personalised video will be completed and delivered digitally before the physical Gift Set is shipped, so you can send or post the video first while waiting for the products to arrive.
• Our team will handle the entire production process, including concept, script, visuals, animation, editing and final delivery.
• Buyers will provide the required personalisation details after ordering. Production can only begin once we have received all the information we need.

• Buyers may request up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions covering the script and completed video. Major changes to the agreed concept after production has begun may not be considered a revision.
